As you browse this site I invite you to take a few moments to see what is happening to community. Small town atmosphere is being eroded by a willingness to commit violating acts in a spirit of lawlessness and entitlement to achieve desired goals. Property managers cannot physically evict tenants in Ontario. Governments admit there is a housing crisis yet "Residential properties cannot be demolished without the issuance of a replacement building permit." No replacement building permits appeared to exist for this property during 2024/25. Repetitive terrorizing of residents by developers or others is unacceptable. Harassment seems as if designed to intimidate forced compliance with an alleged unlawful agenda to end this tenancy. The break in on November 10, 2022 in photos below was not reported in news. Harassment continued during 2023/24, not all described. I believed my life was in danger. I left the property Nov. 29, 2024. Fire broke out on January 25, 2025. Police assistance was required to force lawful entry back into the house. Early the next morning police telephoned to say they were finally on their way. I met with police on Rutledge Rd. to explain what occurred was connected to an LTB order. I found it strange police received a copy of the LTB order electronically as we stood on the road and wondered who sent it. Due to shock I was unable to ask. The focus was on getting back into the residence

I felt forced to leave the property on the night of the break in feeling very fearful and distressed about personal safety. I tried to stay calm especially when the security system went dark after I left. Security footage shows Mr. Forgione entering the house at the time I left. In a panic I went back with another person. Mr. Forgione followed us before arriving, blocking my vehicle with his in the driveway. Another confrontation ensued when he was questioned about the dead security, but denied knowing anything. I reluctantly left not knowing what would occur if I stayed, but very concerned about house contents. Mr. Forgione said nothing would be touched and would be safe. I did not believe him. I interpreted that incident as stalking, a terrifying experience. While Montcrest staff were discussing the incident with police the next day, Mr. Forgione admitted he dismantled the security. Montcrest also conveyed to police they did not want security on

Mr. Forgione harassed by threatening to drill off a door lock demanding to enter without consent for a non-disclosed reason. I conveyed he should leave. When it became clear he would not and in fear for my personal safety I called police. My hands shook too hard to record. Two police officers arrived in several minutes. No were charges laid. Police at that time said they thought something very fishy was going on, someone wanted the land
